Career Roadmap: Charting the Path to Future Success

The Career Roadmap program is an in-depth, personalized journey that guides teens through the full journey of career exploration and planning. This course is gamified to make learning engaging and exciting, with students earning points and competing in challenges that bring career exploration to life. Through weekly live classes and self-paced activities, students will not only explore various industries but also develop a clear, actionable plan for their future.

What They’ll Learn:

• Self-Discovery: Identify passions, interests, strengths, and values to guide career choices.

• Work Environment Exploration: Understand different work environments and discover which ones align best with their preferences.

• Goal Setting: Learn how to set meaningful lifestyle and career goals.

• Skills Assessement: Students will take several career, strengths, and personality assessments to have a better self-awareness to better identify careers.

• Industry & Career Research: Learn all about the 16 different industry clusters. Learn the what, where, and how of proper research and dive deep into careers of interest to find potential career paths.

• Skill Development: Discover how to acquire the skills necessary for success in their chosen career, or industry of interest.

• Practical Experience: Understand the value of internships, job shadows, and informational interviews and where and how to get them.
