1. Introduction

Welcome to the Adulting University Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll in the affiliate program, you must submit an application through our affiliate portal. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate of Adulting University, you agree to:

Promote our programs, courses, and offerings using ethical marketing practices.Not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent activities.Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.Use only approved marketing materials provided by Adulting University.

4. Affiliate Links and Promotion

You will be provided with a unique affiliate link to track referrals.Affiliates are permitted to use the provided marketing materials, including banners, logos, and text links.Affiliates must not misrepresent Adulting University or any of its programs.

5. Commissions and Payment

Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale made through their unique affiliate link. The commission rate varies from 5-25% of the sale price based upon what the program, course, or offering is. Payments will be made in 15 days with a $25 minimum via PayPal. Commissions are subject to review and approval by Adulting University.

6. Cookie Duration

The cookie duration for tracking affiliate referrals is 90 days.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.Upon termination, affiliates must cease all promotion of Adulting University and remove any affiliate links from their websites.

8. Modification of Agreement

Adulting University reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Adulting University will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

11. Independent Contractors

Affiliates are independent contractors of Adulting University. This agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.

12. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
