✱ My brother has always been very intelligent and since he was 8 years old wanted to be a surgeon. He was one of those people who would go all in on something and learn everything he could about it. He also graduated as co-valedictorian from high school. He learned a lot about the career and “knew” it was the right one. However, after getting into college and taking classes and then realizing that career didn’t align with his lifestyle goals, he quickly changed his mind. He was then left undecided with no path, no plan, and ended up dropping out of college.

It could be they haven’t done enough or the right research, it could be they haven’t identified their passions or strengths, or it could be because they, like my brother, haven’t determined their lifestyle goals and know if that career aligns best.
