✔️ The sooner you start this process the better for your future. It gives you more time and less stress by having the full roadmap now instead of late in high school or after graduation.
✔️ It also saves you from graduating and getting into the career you thought you wanted only to find that it isn’t right for you and now you are back to square one
✔️ This program will help validate your chosen career path and give you additional tools and resources to help you navigate those next steps to get to that career successfully.
✔️ It never hurts to make double sure… 80% of students who go to college with a chosen major/career in mind change at least once, with the average major change being three times!
✱ My brother has always been very intelligent and since he was 8 years old wanted to be a surgeon. He was one of those people who would go all in on something and learn everything he could about it. He also graduated as co-valedictorian from high school. He learned a lot about the career and “knew” it was the right one. However, after getting into college and taking classes and then realizing that career didn’t align with his lifestyle goals, he quickly changed his mind. He was then left undecided with no path, no plan, and ended up dropping out of college.
✔️ The main reason students change their career path is because they usually are missing what we call pillars. It could be they haven’t done enough or the right research, it could be they haven’t identified their passions or strengths, or it could be because they, like my brother, haven’t determined their lifestyle goals and know if that career aligns best. It could also be that they never got hands-on to actually try the career…
✔️ We provide activities for students to do both in the pre-recorded course and in our live sessions
✔️ We bring in fun & relevant guest speakers in careers that students are interested in
✔️ We offer prizes and incentives along the way to make the program fun, engaging and gamified
✔️ Our method of instruction is a very different approach compared to existing programs offered by others. We are all about engagement, conversation, and getting students involved and creating an environment where everyone thrives! Think of it more like a mentoring or coaching style vs a traditional classroom
